We offer a no obligation initial meeting to understand your needs, objectives and current position. We usually ask for a short questionnaire to be completed in advance of this session to make it as productive as possible. During this meeting, we provide full details of the services we provide, our charging structure and how we operate. If you decide following this meeting that you do not wish to proceed further, there is no fee to pay. If however, you do wish to proceed, we will pull together a full recommendation detailing what we recommend, why, advantages and disadvantages and the exact cost of the recommendation. Our fees are payable on acceptance of the recommendation.
Our charges are simple to understand and easy for you to compare. We’ve split our charges into separate Advice, Product and Fund charges, so you can see what you pay for each of the services we provide. Our charges are explained in more detail here.
Yes, often people work at lots of different companies and have many pensions in lots of different places. Often people ask to bring them all together and whilst this may seem the right thing to do, there are lots of checks that we need to go through to ensure that it is the best outcome for each individual. We have some clients that leave their pensions in place for whatever reason, but we can still incorporate them into their retirement plan and build a picture on what retirement might look like through cash modelling tools, even though we don’t manage those plans.
The value of a pension will be directly linked to the performance of the funds you select and the value can therefore go down as well as up. You may get back less than you invested.
